This was a great ending to Julie and Shawna Benson's run. Ending the issue in such a light hearted town to lift a little weight off of Oliver's shoulders after what he has been dealing with. I can only hope whoever is picking up the torch after these two can really keep it burning. Read Full Review

While it's unbelievably bittersweet that the Bensons are wrapping up their time on Green Arrow (for now), it's so wonderful to know that they're doing so on such a fantastic high note. Read Full Review

While it's sad to see such talented creators ushered away from Green Arrow, they delivered an incredibly fun, entertaining Green Arrow adventure that honours the heart of the Emerald Archer. Julie & Shawna Benson, German Peralta, Alex Maleev, John Kalisz & Deron Bennett all depart Green Arrow on a high-note! Read Full Review

Lyles Movie Files - Jeffrey Lyles

This issue shows just how much fun an extended Bensons' Green Arrow could have been. They had a great handle on the Green Arrow/Black Canary dynamic and Oliver as a character in general. They leave the title in solid position for the next creative team. Hopefully this won't be a case where DC editors don't realize too late that the ideal writers were already in place. With Oliver Queen left questioning his legacy and attempting to move on from all of his past mistakes. This story truly displays how Green Arrow could have turned out had he chosen another path. Itll be intriguing to see how the archer advances on down this new path, while he honors his comrades who are still with him and those who have moved on. Read Full Review

I have really enjoyed this story and this is a strong conclusion. I do think the dialogue is a little on the nose toward the end but that's my only issue. This is a really fun read with some great art. Read Full Review

Black Nerd Problems - Chris Aiken

For an arc that played with the themes of anarchy and social unrest, it hasn't been the best executed. However, the Bensons proved that they know what type of stories to approach with the Green Arrow and have evolved Oliver's character on a personal level, especially after Roy's death. It's a fitting end to an enjoyed story. Read Full Review

Green Arrow #47 saw an end to quite a few things, with the trial ending recently and the ninth circle stuff seemingly in the rearview. Oliver has a lot to deal with in the aftermath, but things could go anywhere from here. Read Full Review

While this finale didn't really do anything for me, there may still be some fun to had in this issue.  The art is great throughout and there are some decent victory lap moments that the Bensons seemed to put more thought into than the story itself, but with the future looking bright for Green Arrow and Black Canary, maybe the emotion feels that you get are more important. Geek Dad - Ray Goldfield

Despite the complete disaster of a villain, who gets the embarrassing end he deserves, this issue actually works a little better than the previous ones in the arc. That's because the Benson sisters (in their finale on the title) put the focus back on Black Canary and her relationship with Green Arrow. Read Full Review
