The next steps for Adams if he follows the blueprint that I think he is, we will see some other familiar faces (like the cliffhanger) that we havent seen in quite some time while he possibly creates some new villains of his own along the way. And what would a Flash run be with Hunter Zolomon or Eobard Thawne? I think if you're reading the tea leaves correctly, youll see that Adams is in for the long haul. And he deserves it. Mark Waid got about 100 issues to tell his story. Geoff Johns also got to manage around 100 issues sprinkled throughout Infinite Crisis, Final Crisis, Blackest Night, and into Flashpoint. With how well Adams has done getting Wally back to his old self, I highly recommend DC Comics just let Adams do his thing as Waid and Johns did long before him. Amazing new issue. Jeremy Adams brings again a lighthearted story with great character dynamics and the exciting return of classic vllains. The themes of family and friendship keep on being adeptly explored.

Adams does a great job of hearkening back to some unfulfilled plotlines from the Johns era while still making this his own book. It remains a pity that DC is cutting this run short.

A good continuation of the plot with Mayor Wolfe that was setup before the Dark Crisis tie-ins. Him giving the Rogues badges to enforce the law and the reveal that he has powers are both very intriguing ideas that provide the beginning of what appears to be a good story. Speaking of the Rogues having badges, Wally laughing his ass off at Leonard was great.

Love Wally’s family dynamics. Love his work stuff. Not feeling the Rouge’s here. I just can’t buy a mayor with the power the make a fascist police. There are city councils. I guess that was just forgotten by.
