Brisson has made me a believer of this arc, which tells a fun untold tale. Maybe more importantly, its avoided any continuity errors or logistical hiccups with Deathstrokes current role in Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths. Read Full Review

This arc really has me hooked! Deathstroke Inc. continues to evolve and grow with fantastic art, colors, and an engaging story. Clearly, there's a lot more to unpack with Slade's backstory (if that ending is any indication!), so I'm really excited to see how this continues to go. Admittedly, I'm a bit over Wintergreen, so I hope to see more interactions between Deathstroke and Green Arrow instead. I'm also excited to see how Slade reacts to the news of his unborn child and how that will continue to affect his psyche. Read Full Review

Overall, this is probably the best issue of the arc yet, just because of the sense of non-stop action and tension as Brisson shows exactly how vicious Slade can be. Read Full Review

While the design still possesses a "cool factor," it's something readers have already seen plenty of in this single story with nothing novel added to the formula. Throughout all of this the question remains, "Why did we need another Deathstroke origin story?" There are no answers in Deathstroke Inc. #12. Read Full Review

I really liked them adding Green Arrow into this issue. The first square-off between the two characters and even though Slade gets in some good shots, Ollie is the one who is victorious and this is mostly due to Slade's ego. Not letting Wintergreen take the shot. Pretty action-packed issue.

The spotlight goes 100% to the art today, this was truly wonderful to look at. The art style, how every color was used, the pages layout, just beautiful. Easily one of the best looking comics i've read in a while. The story was good too, it had an interesting contrast. If you go back to DC's One Year Later line, where Deathstroke was Oliver's main villain, and compare to this, you can see how things change over the years. Even though this was more action heavy it still founds proper time to character drama. I have to tip my hat to how cohesive this Deathstroke is to Wolfman's and Priest at the same time. But I do have one complaint, even having in mind that this is a younger and inexperienced Slade, the character strategist side is nowhere more
