"Robocop" is consistently killer and shows no signs of stopping. Everything I have said about it tonally and artistically remains true through each and every issue. There are ebs and flows to the action but the book is never boring, and never drags. It makes me yearn for more Robocop, and I think that is just about the best thing that can be said about any series. Read Full Review

ROBOCOP is consistently good and always leaves me wanting to see more and more of Old Detroit. The people in there would love nothing more than to escape the depressing place, but BOOM! Studios is making it so I constantly want to visit this corrupt and twisted city. Yes, sometimes the artwork takes away from the experience, but aside from those few moments, this series has been consistently great and does the original movie justice. I especially love how Williamson is giving plenty of focus to other characters -- most notably Lewis and Killian -- without ever really neglecting RoboCop, the dude we're all here to see. Seriously, you need to give this series a chance if you like the classic movie. It's doing an awesome job continuing the franchise's story. Read Full Review

Overall, this was a fairly enjoyable issue with plenty of exposition to move the overall plot of the book along. I wish we had seen more of Murphy but Killian's story is very interesting and definitely looks like it will pay off soon. With a talented creative team, Robocop is shaping up to be a great successor to the Robocop film franchise, but it is not without problems. Read Full Review

It's getting better and better with each issue. It's a little light on the biting satire, but excels when it focuses its lens on our protagonists. Here, we get a character defining moment for Lewis -- and as for Murphy? While Ed-209 has become Super-Ed and seems unstoppable- it looks like Robo will also be getting an upgrade that will make him, better, faster, stronger…
