57 and 58 are both great Spider-Man issues and honestly, this issue ends in a cliffhanger and i want to read it NOW!

One word - PERFECTION! Every … single … page. All leading up to the shocking final panel. My God, as comeback stories go, this is one that will stand the test of time and be talked about for years to come. Just WOW!

This is easily one of my favorite series all-time. Pay close attention to the clever dialogue between Carnage and Eddie in this particular issue and it's some of the best conflict, both inner and external, that I've read in years. Both Soule and Saiz have crafted such a thrilling and pensive masterpiece here!

The issue closes with such a promise of what's to come, and it truly is a glorious battle between Juggernaut and Beast. It's the kind of ending we expect from such a series, but also - I NEED ISSUE #6 NOW!!!

This book is an Opus thus far. I would be hard pressed to find a better Punisher book out right now and there are some great ones. The inter-workings, the relationships and the violence all ring true to this iconic, dangerous and damaged character. Palmiotti and Panosian have crafted something truly special here.

Every single issue of Marvel Knights: The Punisher has been pretty close to flawless. It's heartbreaking to see what they've done to Frank, but the more you dive into this new world, the more you appreciate the brilliant crafting of this story. Ross, as the subplot and potential bumbling hero, is a nice juxtaposition to the gritty world that normally dominates this series.

Rook Exodus is one of my favorites to get picked up next by one of the streaming networks. It has everything you could ever want in a live-action or animated story. The heart, the chase, the twists and turns. And that's all because of Johns and Fabok, who have created a remarkable series here!

Skinbreaker #4 might be the best issue yet in my humble opinion. It's such a thought-provoking issue and the story stays with you well after you're done reading it.

This will be short, Superior Spider-Man #4 might be one of the best comics Ive ever read. It's easily one of the best Spidey stories and just hits home on why we love him so much.

OK, I know, I got to stop dishing out 10s for Spider-Man comics, but hot damn, what a book! What a series!

Just a fun, enticing book that is classic Logan. A lot of action, tormented pain and twists.

When you read this book and read this book you must, pay close attention to your rage, your anger and your fear for the future of this iconic Marvel character. Because if you feel something that brings those emotions to the surface like this comic was able to do for me, then that's the point and guess what - we're only just getting started!

Up next… a return to the greatest city in the world!

Kirkman does it once again! He and Englert have brought Capes back to life after two decades and fans are going to absolutely adore this book. It's everything you want from this duo, but most of all it leaves you asking for more!

The issue ends in a BIG way! I genuinely didn't see this cliffhanger coming, but man is it good. Till next time all you little serial killers out there!

The genius behind this series is the constant struggle between Eddie and Carnage and how you truly never know who is going to win out in the end. In a world where every comic storyline is trying to surprise the reader in some new, grand way, Eddie Brock Carnage does that organically like no other narrative can.

That damn tease at the end. My lord, what else can this book throw at us, now we have even more heavy hitters ready to step into the series and I genuinely have no idea what's coming. I just know it's going to be a blast!

Frank is back!! Kicking off a new series in this style, there's a lot going on, but the dialogue, art and voice-over all add to a thrilling first issue for a beloved character that has evolved over the years. This is a series you can't miss if you are a Punisher fan!

This book continues to impress. The reader is never without suspense or action (you pick your poison), as we meet new and wonderful characters, learn more about the mystery behind Exodus and are left wondering what will happen next with each and every issue's close.

This book is something special. Kirkman and Finch really are true masters of their craft. The emotion and action both ooze off the page and crawl into the deepest parts of your brain and your heart. This book is more like an experience and a journey than a comic book.

Skinbreaker is not just a fantastical book about a tribe set in a different world, but a story, a lesson about time passing you by and doing what is right for the greater good. As a father and someone getting older by the day, this book hits me like a ton of bricks. It's beautiful, emotional and a lesson for us all.

Just another instant classic from Space Ghost. This book feels fresh, with so many amazing call-backs and influences from the greats! Pepose and Lau continue to amaze!

I cannot wait till issue 14, as we all know the battle is going to rage! This version of Kraven is esspecially demented and Peter matches him with heroics and the heart of a true icon!

A truly near flawless close to the limited series. Now we head into All-New Venom #1 and what could this mean as there was a MAJOR cliffhanger at the end of this issue. Could the unthinkable really happen? I won't spoil it but hot damn, what a final panel.

It's THAT good and this creative team is not playing around one bit! I CANNOT wait for the rest of this cross-over to see where it all goes and who else we get to meet along the way!

THIS IS A GREAT ISSUE.

It really feels like a blockbuster movie type of feel and we should enjoy it while it lasts.

I'm going to miss this run and you should too. It was unique, something that only a writer like Zeb could bring to the table and we always need to see our favorite heroes from new perspectives.

This new run as been electric and continues that trend in ASM 7. Kelly and Romita are like Shaq and Kobe or Jordan and Pippen, they just effortlessly make it look easy and the final product is better for it. The big winners are the fans!

Peter's sacrifice of strength to help another in this issue is classic Spider-Man and why the character is so beloved by millions. You can almost always count on Peter to do the right thing. Kelly and Laiso both embody this iconic truth in their art and penmanship in ASM #15.

So, Carnage has plans LOL. The issue ends with a true cliffhanger as the alien killer looks for his next victim and tells Eddie how things are going to go.

I'm just a sucker for a buddy cop franchise gone wrong and Eddie Brock Carnage is that in so many ways and then some. If you have yet to check out this stellar series, do yourself a favor and start with issue 1. You will not be disappointed as each issue leaves you salivating for more.

This is easily one of my favorite runs currently. It's fun, bloody, mature and keeps you guessing. We have so many discoveries to make moving forward and I can't wait for next month!

Nothing tops a classic Fantastic Four taleand this one reminds us exactly why theyre called Marvels First Family. Its got everything that makes comics great: heart, heroics, and just the right dose of chaos. This issue absolutely delivers, hitting every beat with style and swagger. And just when youre fully hookedit ends, leaving you desperate for the next page. Well played, Marvel. Well played.

This issue is where things really pick up and we're left wanting more as Peter may be down but not out.

We get the raging Hulk we know and love and a Thanos blood thirsty for stones.

I already love this book and want "MORE! It really is a bloody good time. Beast is such a unique character on such a creative mission, even if it is to meet his end. But along the way, you start to understand his path while also rooting for some of the other supporting cast. This is another must read!

While meeting a new adversary possibly worthy of our friend Battle Beast, Kirkman keeps it light and moving along, even while so much is happening. It's a refreshing take on the character and story long before things had ever gotten stale. Kirkman and Ottley once again prove why they are the Shaq and Kobe of the comic book world.

A truly solid first issue and one that will keep the reader interested throughout. I can't wait to see how this series builds and builds. Feels like we're truly reading stories from a video game.

The art is inspiring and the storyline heroic, yet heartbreaking at times. This is a must-read!

This is simply a fun and incredibly exciting way to learn more about the Predator lore, while setting up the events of the movie. The action is non-stop and the will to fulfill one's mission is embedded in the DNA of this book. If you are even remotely a fan of Predator, this is a must pull!!

With that, one head of the Jigsaw snake is down, but the reader quickly realizes like there are many many more out there.

Rook Exodus #4 is a heart-pumping, foot-tapping, eyes-widening roller coaster. The action doesn't stop and the emotion oozes off the page like something out of a classic science fiction thriller. If you haven't placed Rook Exodus on your pull list yet, you're doing yourself a true disservice.

This continues to be such a fun, meaningful series. The layered backstories of the farmers on Exodus, coupled with the animals they now control and bond with is a story that a new generation of comics books fans has been clamoring for. It mirrors the world we live in and how harmony with the land and the animals might be the utopia the characters in the book and the readers both crave in their lives - whether it be on the page or in real life.

An absolutely gorgeous opening book, both visually and emotionally, with its art, heart, and dialogue. Kirkman and Finch have come together to create something truly special here!

As my first Space Ghost experience, this was a fun ride! Pepose and Lau really bring a blend of action and storytelling in a fun-filled issue that leaves the reader salivating for more. This is a must add to anyone's pull list!

Dan Slott once again just creates a fun, yet revealing read here that is classic Marvel Comics.

We close the book with Proto Goblin accomplishing his goal and kidnapping Harry, taking him back to his mother.

I know there are too many Spidey books to count these days, including numerous Spider-Men (and Boys) and numerous timelines and alternate universes.

Looking to break away from your usual Batman or Spider-Man fix? Ulysses Monarch is a bold, high-octane alternative that delivers everything you want in a modern action-adventure comic.

A very solid ending for a new brand of comic exploration. I truly hope we see Monarch again, he's such a fun character with so many influences of your favorite past and present heroes. Guggenheim has truly created something new, fresh and fun!

The best issue in the series yet!

This is where Browne and Soule thrive. Parallels to the real world with a mind-bending twist. The fact that these two devils are also in a relationship adds to how unique this storyline is.

Heart-pumping, action packed I could go on and on about this book. I can already smell the conflict brewing inside T'Challa and the twists and turns that must come later in the series.

I'm getting chills yet again writing this review as it's dawning on me that I'm in the middle of reading something truly special.

Not as much action or humor in this issue, but man that surprise was something else.

I mean, this series is extraordinary. I simply can't get enough.

This Ultimate universe continues to reinvent the Marvel Universe and it's absolutely fantastic.

While this takes awhile for the casual reader to grasp, all the new nuances of this universe and new shades of classic characters, this book is truly something special, juts like the Ultimate marvel Universe.

What can I saw, this book is adorable through and through. I loved it and can't wait to read it to my 1-year-old baby boy. Do you think Venom will give him nightmares? Oh well, he's a tough land shark, he'll be fine.

Another stellar issue in the run that ends with more questions that answers … but isn't that how we love our comics!?! If you are a fan of anything that touches the Energon Universe, Void Rivals is a must on your pull list!

I've read similar books involving the Spider-Verse and I have to say, this one takes the cake. It checks all the boxes from the cute to the heroic and back again.

Ummm...that ending!! Without spoiling it, we find out who is behind all this and boy is it a surprise and yet, something or someone that is going to wreak havoc for our X-Men.

There's been a lot of buzz, both good and bad online, about MJ becoming the new Venom, but I'm really excited to see where this goes and how it affects Venom for years to come. I believe he's going to come through this a changed symbiote and could spark the dawn of a new anti-hero altogether.

North has crafted a really unique story that absolutely mirrors real life.

This is going to be one hell of a ride.

Back to our new big bad, we later see Killionaire enjoying his new adpatoid toy while making a streaming video! Talk about a modern-day mercenary.

I'm a pretty nostalgic guy and this series really brings me back to a simpler time.

This is the kind of issue I hope my young son Luke reads one day and maybe the reason he becomes a fan of comics.

Not too much to say, just a fun, easy read for all comic fans, especially those who love Peter and Miles together.

These books are a blast. They bring out the kid in me at a time when i really need him. As you get older, it's tough having that child-like enthusiasm, but more important than ever to remember that aspect of your life and personality.

After Spider-Man is mentioned during the conversation, Marko tries to break free from Bakers subconscious in a fit of rage.

I'm excited to see where this goes.

I don't hate it. This is a very interesting twist and something I'm excited to follow down the Goblin hole!

It's a unique take and a reset of sorts after the Zeb Wells run, one with action and a fresh perspective on the iconic character.

We have a long way to go in Blood Hunt, but this is a solid start.

There's an editor's note midway through the book telling the reader to just sit back and enjoy the cuteness and that's exactly the point! This is a FUN issue, meant to be cute, silly and an escape from the seriousness of life and comics.

It's the best and most unique art I've seen in quite a while. The stories feel a bit disjointed, but have promise.

It's a solid book and series and one that should be checked out by Spider-Man fans of all ages.

I think this is a strong first book in the series with a lot of potential.

A solid follow up to last week's opening book for the Infinity Watch.

This issue was a little goofy, but it's nice to see Thor in the mix here.

Solid entry into the Infinity Watch though I'd love to know more about where we are heading.

This is a cute, inspirational issue, especially for young readers. The interactions between Bailey and Multitiude are the best. "We didn't choose it, it chose us, are just a few of the lines that really resonate with the old classic, "With great power, comes great responsibility.

Damn, this is going to be fun.

A fun start, but this Spider-Man back story is missing a couple of emotional ties to why he's Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. My guess though is we are going to get that in the next issue or so!

Not much here, more of a setup for next month's big battle between Peter and Ben. (The cover looks incredible)

I'm excited to see what happens next and love the arc development.

To close out the book, all-around shady character Marv invites Kenny and Shelly to beta test some video game for a lot of cold hard cash.

By my troth, Romeo vs Juliet is no mere comicit is a learned yet lively tonic for thy weekly scrolls of superheroes and space cowboys. It tickles the brain, excites the soul, and reminds us that the Bards world yet livesin capes, blades, and panels.
