One word describes this issue for me, and that word is Brilliant. Full of Immature, and sometimes dark humour, colourful artwork, and over the top violence. This story just gets better with each issue, making me look forward to its release date to see what happens next.

An exciting issue, with an emotional heart, Starlight is basically 'Flash Gordon for the 21st century'. Amazing artwork, and awesome characters, ensure it is one of Millarworld's best books. Highly recommended!

A fun story with a good amount of humour. Great characters and excellent art make this one of the most enjoyable issues of the series.

This first issue is cleverly written and expertly drawn by Millar and Romita Jr, in true Kick-Ass style. I admit I am a big fan of Millar's work, but I was a bit critical of Kick-Ass 2, I thought it was a bit rushed, but I really enjoyed this so a good 8/10"""roll on #2.

An exciting, and very-interesting, Spider-Man comic. Clever story arcs, and good artwork, ensured Doc Ock's tenure as the Wall Crawler was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Takes it's time to establish the setting, which builds an excellent dose mystery. The characters are great, and the artwork superb. Highly recommended!

Big Trouble and big laughs for the continuing adventures of Jack Burton and the Pork Chop Express.

It would be a crime not to give this new comic a chance.

The Robocop of our childhoods is well and truly back with a cracking writer and artist team.

A good issue, with excellent characters, pacing and artwork. The mystery is becoming slightly frustrating, but the world Ellis has created is still incredibly atmospheric.

A trip forwards, backwards and sideways with an old friend.

This is another fantastic instalment in the Hit-Girl story, with a clever insight into the nature of our duo that builds up towards the end, leaving us waiting for a messy outcome in issue four. Beautifully drawn again by Romita Jr.

A good story, but one that is burdened with poor dialogue and bad pacing. The art is cracking though, and the issue remains enjoyable.

It's woodland creatures vs murderous aliens in this slight but entertaining tale that wears its influences on its (soon to be incinerated by a death ray) sleeves.

Good idea, but boring at points due to poor characterization, and a lack of character interactions. Artwork is okay (the spaceships look good) but the story lacks an emotional heart.
