  G.I. JOE #11 is this series at its best. Joshua Williamson has nailed how to tap into the political intrigue going on around the JOEs and Cobra. That intrigue is made better by the dynamic between various characters, led by the Baroness and Cover Girl's strong chemistry. It all is done in a way that makes this series stand on its own while also building up the greater Energon Universe. Striking the balance drives home this being a must-read comic book.
