civil war wasnt an original idea. heroes vs heroes is one of the most established tropes in comics. i think you have an obsession with cops because that line has nothing to do with shocker being a cop. usagent has frequently been on the wrong side, against the heroes. that's literally what hes done since his inception. a heart in the right place but terrible in practice. miles morales new costume wasnt made for this comic. its an established thing that kingpin can resist purple man. stupid.
