Unity #11 is great for the character development foremost, while setting Ninjak and Eternal Warrior up for the final fight against the Armor Hunters. Sure they didn't make that much of an impact on the situation, but you for the most part enjoy Ninjak and Eternal Warrior's part in terms of action. The action sequences are intense and always in your face. That much you can always expect if you are looking for a bit of style to your heroics. Read Full Review

SUMMARYUnity #11 is a decent issue that is most notable for its highlight of events in Ninjak's past and connecting that to an entertaining solution to the current predicament. As one who is relatively new to the series and character, I could appreciate that. However Gilad was ineffective this issue and the alien drones didn't feel compelling in terms of the overall situation in the Armor Hunters crossover. As far as feeling intrigued about the characters and future story arcs, I'm completely on board and I look forward to the next issues. Read Full Review

At this point the Armor Hunters saga has begun to noticeably drag, the book's major events continually set aside in favor of smaller, more character focused tie-ins. Unity #11 offers another such tie-in, returning to the continued adventures of odd-couple Ninjak and Gilad. Read Full Review

While Unity #11 was not spectacular, especially when compared to some of the other books within this event, but it also wasnt bad either. Kindt already seems focused on whats to come after this is all said and done and thats perfectly fine with this reviewer. We need more Ninjak and Gilad, and Kindt is just the man to give it to us. Unity is quickly becoming irrelevant. You might as well be reading an All-New Ninjak comic featuring the Eternal Warrior as his new bumbling sidekick. It would be fun if it weren't meant to be taken seriously. Instead, both characters are two-dimensional and boring; they're basically pulling janitorial work for X-O Manowar and trying to look damn good doing it! The result isn't bad, but it's not great. This would be a lot better as a comedy since that's what it sounds like it is when I summarize it.
