X-Force delivers plenty of entertainment at a fast clip, no matter the page you turn to. X-Force #33 not only closes the door on Kraven's attack on Krakoa, but it features Wolverine fighting a heck of a lot, keeping Wolverine fans fed. Read Full Review

X-Force #33 closes out this Kraven story in wonderful fashion. Percy, Gill, GURU-eFX, and Caramagna give readers an action-packed romp of an issue. It shows off everything this team does well. Read Full Review

It's disappointing and strange as it neither manages to entertain with violence and humor nor does it push any elements of X-Force forward as the series spirals like a one-footed duckling. Read Full Review

This was a satisfying conclusion to X-Force's latest story arc, giving us a pretty good fight between Wolverine and Kraven that ended a little surprisingly. The visuals really sold the issue, giving some humorous moments such as Kraven wearing a pterodactyl and attacking Beast and Sage walking in on Omega Red and Deadpool squabbling like kids while the world is ending. The only shortcomings the story had was that it failed to explain where Black Tom went. One can only assume he went to wherever Domino disappeared two issues ago, but no explanation is ever given. The ending also gives an interesting promise for a future conflict that makes me look forward to where the X-Men line in general is headed next.

A pretty solid read here in which I thought Percy did a good job of writing Kraven, once again. As multiple other users have stated in their own, respective, reviews, this didn't really feel all that satisfying after how the past few issues played out. Kraven randomly escaping at the end of the book was a little weird. This was nice, but it could have been a lot better, in my opinion.

Ok, but how did Kraven survive this exactly?

An odd and thematically anti-climatic end to the Judgement Day tie in as well as the story arc as a whole. The carnage and action feels mostly empty and we end where we began.

The script is solid and the art's good (except for a bit of weakness when it comes to dinosaurs), but there's a dearth of worthwhile content. Ending the arc this way makes sense, but it's not really satisfying. This isn't nearly good enough to justify spoiling Judgment Day, even in part.

This issue was a definitive confirmation to finally drop this book. Not terrible but just feels repetitive and unnecessary.

I've enjoyed X-Force as a whole, but the Kraven story hasn't been for me!

Who cares about Kraven? His threat feels forced rather than organic. And that last page? Huh? Also, why does he think the mutants are the apex predators? Because they can resurrect? Why not the Eternals? The literal eternals
