Plot
Shuri meets with a Moon Knight General, who offers Black Panther a challenge to fight and the winner gets Wakanda.
T'challa accepts, however he is still injured by the anti-vibranium, but although he does not understand the true power of Vibranium, as well as the possibility of this metal being a living entity, Black Panther goes to visit the neighboring regions of Wakanda and assist them, he will clean up his image and make people believe in him and Wakanda.
This story continues to feed into this reimagining of the Black Panther universe, with the introduction of this rival material to vibranium and the possibility of being something more than just a mineral.
Art
The art has many textures that offer a gloomy tone and intere
sting dynamism to this dramatic beginning, each page is mesmerizing with a cold color palette with many plays of shadows.
Summary
Black Panther understands that Wakanda has moved away from the needs of its people, so he will regain faith in his nation and destroy Moon Knight's image as a savior. more

A pretty misleading cover, but I liked what was inside, for the most part. Nice to see T'Challa back in the main focus after the majority of the previous issue was about Inan. I'm intrigued by his increased intensity, and I'm looking forward to learning more about it, considering Shuri's notion that is has to do with vibranium.

So the cover is a total lie and this is a rather uneventful issue. BP realizes he has failed the rest of Africa and needs to reach out. Also seems like everything is going to wrap up cleanly next issue with a simple fight. This feels like this books has wasted so much time. Almost the entire first 11 issues could have been done in 2-3 with a well written author. Hill has surprised me in how poor this series has been. I will read to issue 12 but I am not sure I can continue with this. It is so boring.

The worst Ish by far!
This has been a stellar run so far and I have been loving most of the issues which I have yet to review. With a couple issues lacking in good art, most have been fantastic with just the right amount of action and story. The character development has been golden with Ororo and T'Challa being my favorites.
This issue feels like a filler and the only good part about it is T'Challa trying to go out of Wakanda to extend his reach and defeat Moonknight's ideological grasp on the people.
Otherwise a big step downward for a great Ultimate series and hope it picks up again on issue #12.
