For as interesting as it was to see what Peter Parker and Miles Morales "dream lives were at the end of the day what makes this series special is the chemistry they share as a pair. The Spectacular Spider-Men #5 is a reminder of that unique element within the Spider-Man franchise as even when Peter and Miles are fighting each other there is a great amount of fun. Fun but very straightforward in terms of the Spider vs Spider fight. The juice comes from the bad guys and from whatever is going on with the Warren brothers.

Lots of action. It's just stupid fun. Can't really complain to much about being entertained.

It's messy, a bit boring an odd with continuation. A lot is going on, but so much that it's hard to care about anything.
