Star Wars #6

This issue does a solid job of weaving several plot threads together, giving readers a clearer picture of the various conflicts and factions at play. A standout character moment sees Leia calling out Mon Mothma for her defeatist attitudea sharp exchange that highlights the growing tension within the New Republic's leadership. I'm looking forward to seeing how things unfold in the next issue, particularly with Reyna Oskure, who's shaping up to be a compelling and unpredictable villain. Read Full Review

There isn't a whole lot that goes on in this issue story wise, but that is made up for with a spectacular battle with some strong nostalgia for The Clone Wars. Phil Noto steps up in a big way, with some of the best artwork you will see in a Star Wars comic on the comic book stands right now. This series is an absolute, must read for every Star Wars fan! Though it's sad at how disappointing this series is, this is was ok and better than what we've been getting so hopefully Segura gets into a groove from here on out and things improve. Phil Noto always does fantastic Star Wars art, but there were some jarring panels that felt mailed in so I hope the lack of writing quality doesn't start to hurt his inspiration or excitement to draw the issues.
