Gimme a hell yeah. Kelly, McGuinness and colorist Jason Keith are creators at the top of their game bringing us Spider-Man/Deadpool action that should more than satisfy fans of either character. A big step up from an already impressive first issue. I'm locked in for the ride now. Read Full Review

McGuinness' art is excellent throughout, and is at it's best when inked by Mark Morales. Morales' inks sharpen McGuiness' pencils and give the whole look a clean and chiseled feel. McGuiness is also able to make Miles Morales fit perfectly next to Spidey and Deadpool, drawing him just small enough in comparison. His frame isn't nearly as muscular and despite the heavy amounts of reds and blacks, colorist Jason Keith is able to separate the characters effectively so you're never confused by the amount of action on the page. Spider-Man/Deadpool is both wonderful to look at and just as exciting to read. I'm reading a monthly Deadpool book again and surprisingly, I couldn't be happier! Read Full Review

Issue #2 pulls me in even deeper into the Spider-Man/Deapool series. With a correct amount of each character's current life struggles and the right amount of allies and villains to really spice it up, Spider-Man/Deadpool #2 hits a home run for me. Read Full Review

Joe Kelly puts in some solid character work in Spider-man/Deadpool #2. Now he just needs to give these characters a story worth while to be in and this book would instantly become a modern classic in the making. Ed McGuinness also delivers some fantastic art here. Deadpool is all fun and hi-jinks but you also see the intensity and the skills to get what he wants. It's actually a very well written book for Kelly. And the art of McGuinness is awesome. I love his mix of comical and aggressive art style.

Issue 2 remains good but it just doesn't quite get to the level that you want from a Spider-Man/Deapool crossover. Deadpool is very well done in this issue but Spider-Man doesn't really feel like himself with Deadpool there cracking all the jokes. The art is pretty great again and the story has a lot of potential. I just think this book could be awesome and it just settles for good.

Like most of Marvel's new series post Secret Wars this one throws the reader into the action with no information or back story. The action has been good, but it all feels so contrived for this specific pairing of characters. I will admit, though, the last several pages are pure Deadpool mania.
