Spectacular end to an Arc that gives space to the rebirth of the Sentry (or whoever it is now) but this arc left us some questions, can the tortured mind of Bob Reynolds finally rest once he accepted the Void? How many of Bob's humanity was left after these events? And the most important question: Will Sentry be on the side of the good guys? According to Cap's words, We're going to find out soon. What a great story. Only downside is that it isn't longer. It ends right at the most interesting part.

You know it's good when you wish it was an ongoing series. Lemire did well even though there is plenty left to be explored and i hope they bring him back for more. Joshua Cassara delivered some awesome art with an outstanding splash page in the middle. The guy is talented! Beredo's colors fit nicely.

Sentry was an awesome series. It took a character i knew nothing about and made me understand who he is and also showed the future possibilities for whats to come. Great job to all involved.

I picked this up not because I'm a fan of the sentry, but because I'm a huge fan of Jeff Lemire. This was a good issue and a good series. I know it was the last issue, but I really hope they don't leave this idea on the shelf...

Ever see those original series Star Trek episodes where a good guy gets spiked and turned into an omnipotent egomaniac with a pretentious god complex? Sentry #5 reminds me of that. In a good way.
