There are a number questions which are raised from the conclusion. Stakes, which were definitely there, were forgotten as fast as they were mentioned. We need to be able to power through it. We need stories about the best part of ourselves, not the worst. Thats what heroes are for: they show us what we could be. I dont want to be this. I dont want to be Secret Empire, Hydra Nazi Ultimate Iron Super Street Fighter Tekken Cap, or Clint Barton squatting in a cave hoping for a better tomorrow while the world burns around me. Cool moments, and they are very few here: Old Man Logan and Carol Danvers calling Steve Rogers out on his bullshit leading to Hawkeye assembling the Avengers, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, Champions, Defenders and more into battle. The TRUE Steve Rogers standing up to his Hydra counterpart. The scene with Thors hammer. The truly, outstandingly bad: The Vanishing Point nonsense. The forced political agenda. It was an ending we all saw coming from before the very first issue, and it's commentary on hope and fighting back against fascism felt unearned and even a tad problematic in and of itself. At the end of the day, after waiting and seeing, if it's not about the destination and about the journey instead, this still does not feel like a journey anyone needed to be taken on. On some level, we expect our heroes to win, but we want those wins to feel earned. The status quo right now may not be all that different, but the Marvel Universe feels broken, stuck in a cycle of chasing the ghosts of past successes. The best aspect of issue 10 is that it is the true reset for Marvel. It sets the tone for a different age of heroes being heroes in the Marvel Universe. This issue is a bit rushed but Spencer has delivered on what was needed. Had Civil War 2 not have happened or been forced into the limelight this event would have less polarization. We also have solid art throughout this book and a return to the epic scale that these events should be. I don't want Marvel to lose the diversity in its titles but I do want a return to focus for story telling. Spencer has proven that a villain can still be complex, interesting, and motivated and that spirit needs to continue in Legacy. Maybe just maybe people will get off the let's bash Marvel train and actuall more

Can't say the ending was a surprise in fact it felt a bit underwhelming. My opinion might change depending on how good Omega is. All in all it was a typical finish to a superhero arch, the one thing that stood out is how Hydra Cap was able to lift the hammer which I liked. It was a good read but it felt a bit rushed.

While I do agree to an extent that this last issue feels rushed, I still enjoyed the hell out of it. Overall, this has been a good event with some great moments and a truly rock bottom experience for our heroes. The way they were able to turn the tide was pretty creative and I thought was really cool. This whole Hydra cap ride has been a ton of fun and now with this ending, the heroes are truly ready to go from rock bottom to rebuilding their legacies (No pun intended). I am ready for Legacy and the next step Marvel will take. I just have one question. Does anyone know who the Kraken is????

This event was a mixed bag, some issues were asbsolutely great while others were really underwhelming, if I had to rate the event as a whole it would be a 7/10, this issue gets a little higher score because the feeling of the real Steve coming back and how it was handled was pretty good, however, the conflict was resolved too quickly and felt rushed.

I'm a little torn on this. After a build-up that seemed at times to take forever, the ending seems rushed. So many questions are left unanswered. Kobik reinstating a better reality seems like an unimaginative way to conclude. But good Steve picked up Thor's hammer and knocked the shit out of evil Steve, yo! This issue is receiving a lot of condemnation and vitriol, and, yes, I am a sucker, but I generally liked it. It was a wildly inconsistent event, but Spencer and Steve McNiven did a great job here in delivering an utterly predictable but cheer-worthy ending. I know that, all things considered, I probably shouldn't like this, but what the fuck; I liked it!

Kobik's Emergency Backup Good Steve saves the day. The finale of the event doesn't feature a lot of twists, making the end, satisfying though it is, something of a foregone conclusion. A few allusions to classic moments (particularly Cap facing down Thanos) help give this episode a little chunk of the grandeur it needs. In the end, though, it's a bit of an underwhelming, by-the-numbers exercise, the inevitable drive back to the status quo that we were all hoping this event could do better than.

Damn, even with a good artist on board for the last issue feels rushed. Some pages were great, many were pretty weak for McNiven. I thought the way they got Steve back was pretty creative. The narration is still very cheesy. Overall, this event was okay, neither the outrage a lot of people made it out to be nor this fantastic story about our current political climate.

What a stupid end to such a cool story. So there's two Steve Rogers now? A memory of a man manifested into flesh and bone? The silly Inhumans ending. The big reset button so none of it matters...confused on black widows outcome? Just plain bad. Great art can't save this basic ass ending.

Really wanted to like this conclusion more, think it would've been better if Cap had an internal conflict rather than what we got. Hopefully the next epilogue issue ties up all the loose ends this one didn't bother to acknowledge. Would like to see a more serious fallout that this event was building up too rather than the oh ok everything is fine now approach.

Secret Empire's story started promising, in the middle was good and interesting but then things fell down miserable. The whole art style and portrayal of heroes look properly. Climax leaves reader with two questions - "Who in the world could've given a green light for such worthless and disappointing event?" and "Who and How will bring balance to the Marvel Universe?" (Although it's better than Civil War II and Inhumans vs. X-Men)
