This arc of Runaways gets taken into some interesting territory in this issue, and the end result is a genuine delight to read. Read Full Review

On the visual side of things, we have seen our last panel from the wonderfully creative mind of Kris Anka, but low and behold, we have ourselves an unbelievable heir apparent, because Andres Genolet has provided us with one of the most seamless takeovers I've ever seen. Every Runaway has kept that shimmering glow about them and the hairstyles are still in full slay mode. Triona Farrell is also doing a phenomenal job on the coloring, taking over for Matt Wilson. Obviously, Marvel knew what they were doing when they looked for Anka's replacement because Genelot is crushing this gig like Thanos smacking around Hulk. Read Full Review

Molly is always fun. One of my favorite Marvel characters. Alex is an asshole. But Rowell does an amazing job in this issue making these two characters click. We understand their wish to bring their parents back and kind of forget they were villains for a second. Kids love their parents, also when they're cruel and lousy at parenting. It's still blood. The art is amazing. Consistent and pretty. Genolet immediately went to my Creator Watchlist.

Molly running away with Alex turns into a pretty sweet day out. They have wonderful interactions and the main team takes her back at the end. That ending is slightly abrupt; all else is golden. Andrés Genolet does an impressive imitation of Kris Anka's visuals; this is a best-case scenario for a smooth fill-in art performance.

This was good. Not as great as some previous issues, but still good.

I like the chemistry between Alex and Molly. The issue ends far too abruptly though.

Is complimenting someone's hat a code for pediphilic intent that I'm unaware of or do people out west never compliment people they don't intend to bang?
