Benjamin Percy continues to evolve the book beyond a standard Hulk spinoff and into something more dangerous, more personal, and more relevant. With shades of Cold War-era paranoia and modern military critique, the book paints Ross as both relic and warningan embodiment of the unchecked ego that sees violence as a first and only solution. The introduction of War-Wolf adds a terrifying new wrinkle to the gamma mythos, and the prison facility sets the stage for future horrors that may force even Ross to reconsider what kind of beast hes become. Comic Watch - Theron Couch
Jul 09, 2025Red Hulk #6 represents a significant shift in the series as the action moves beyond Latveria and a direct confrontation with Dooms forces. In that sense it is an issue of transitiongoing from the established location where the characters were to whatever mysterious location theyre at now. The same is true for the shift in antagonists. Narratively its very well executed, and Shaw and Valenza make sure the art doesnt disappoint even though it is pretty low octane. Read Full Review
