One era of ‘Miles Morales: Spider-Man' comes to an end by celebrating and revisiting everything that has played a role in the four years that this title has spanned. This run lost steam a little at the end, but all in all it's been my favorite take on Miles, and seeing it end is bittersweet. The fortunetelling gimmick is a nice trick, giving Miles's high school years an ending that the next writer won't have to commit to. In the hands of a lesser writer, that could be cheap, but under Ahmed and his artistic collaborators, it sings

While this run started to be a bit jarring in the end, it was otherwise a very good run on Miles. Saladin did wonders with the character and I'm interested to see what's next. This was a good wrap-up.

This is a tasty way to close out the volume. The episodic structure makes the pace a little slow at the beginning, but it builds to a superb action sequence that displays Miles's growth in a great "show don't tell" (okay, maybe "show then tell") way. Being broken down into episodes also smooths the joints between the artists. They're each good individually, but they don't really harmonize. The structure minimizes the negative impact of the shifts.

It's a nice little send off for Ahmed's run. This series had a lot of ups, and some downs, but overall a good few years of Miles.

so overall, This run is a 7 out of 10. But this issue is an 8 out of 10. it was fun, exciting, had cool concepts, and while it wont blow you away, I would reccomend reading this run for any readers.
