Incredible Hulk #16

Incredible Hulk #16 concludes this flashback arc set thousands of years ago in ancient times. We see the fated encounter between the primeval hulk Enkidu and the main villain Eldest. We get to finally see Eldest in action as well as learning more about her, the Mother of Horrors, and their enmity with the One Below All. But not too much, just a drop of that, and hopefully we'll learn more as things shift back to the present day in the next issue. Read Full Review

PKJ is great at world building because he lets the reader’s imagination fill in a lot of blanks. This pre-history story is a great example of that, and Danny Earls shows that Nic Klein isn’t the only one who can give us cool monster designs.

This... was a chapter. Art was ok. Story was ok. Not a lot went on. The Eldest and the first Hulk fought and that was cool for like 3 pages. The rest was... I dont know. Just filler stuff to be said? Build up to the real fight? This feels like it could have been shown in a flash back in 3 pages or so, not two issues.

thay just ruin the potential of this run the story is predictable and very slow for example thay gonna turn charli a monster in upcoming chapters very disappointed with this comic.
