    Well, next issue, the Thing is supposed to turn on Reed and try to murder him, and were still not seeing the motive for this shocking action. Additionally, the Invisible Woman is not in this issue at all, or if she is, shes so undercover and thoroughly cloaked that we cant know it. This is one of those times when the Fantastic Four are divided by dire circumstances, and that never leads to anything goodbut Im waiting to see if there might be some trick to what were allegedly going to see in FF #42.     Fantastic Four #41 continues the Reckoning War as the Fantastic Four face threats on two fronts. The most engaging part of the comic is with Mr. Fantastic's team facing off against the two warriors of the Reckoning, Rapture and her brother. They're not great villains, but they're distinctive and serviceable for the story, and it's where readers will get the most action and entertainment. Sadly, the portion dealing with the Human Torch and Annihilus is pretty underwhelming by comparison. Read Full Review

    The small character moments in this issue are where it shines the brightest, and where Slott has been the most successful throughout his time with the Fantastic Four. But there's a lot of moving pieces and complicated plot devices with this arc that bog down the overall narrative. Read Full Review
