ARABIAN NIGHTS!
Javier Rodriguez returns on art duties with the start of a brand-new arc! On the run from rogue Watchers, the Exiles find themselves scattered in a dusty Arabian town - and with a bad case of mistaken identity! Who is the ne'er-do-well son of a tailor everyone calls "Aladdin"? What are the 40 thieves after? And most importantly...what classic Marvel villain plays the role of despotic Caliph? Saladin Ahmed brings One Thousand and One Nights to life in the pages of Marvel Comics!

Exiles #9 tells an ambitious story with a breathless, potentially-overwhelming flood of new sights and new ideas. The storytelling road is rather bumpy, but the imaginative treasures on display make it well worth your time to negotiate the tricky terrain. Not the easiest of reads, but definitely a rewarding one. All in all, this is a fun and ambitious comic and succeeds far more often than it fails. Read Full Review

A visually stunning feast, with no actual ingredients. While beauty is in the eye of the beholder there is something to be said of substance. And there was none of that here. Read Full Review

Javier Rodriguez's art is worth the ticket alone. Ahmed plays with the 1001 Arabian nights stories and mashes them up with MARVEL characters. It works mostly and it's fun. Put a smile on my face!

This was really good. This is what Exiles can be. Fun ideas where nothing is impossible. But that means some arcs may be less interesting than others, but that's just a part of the ride.

Did Ahmed pulling my leg or what ... It was awful & money. A lost of time. That was a bad reshape of the arabian nights really badly done. Their is facilities for putting back the team together. This is worst than a New Exiles issues. Cover - Nice & related 2/2 Writing - Marvel have to kill this version of the exiles or put someone else fast on the writing. I'm bleeding ! 0/3 Arts - I'm not a fan of all the page but it's strong. I stay more longer focused thanks to it. 2/3 Feeling - I didn't like it one bit ! 0/2
