In the end, the comic was still enjoyable, and it had a lot of positives. However, its central fixture, the character arc of Blindspot, results in a lackluster climax and plot flow. I do recommend it, but quite tentatively. If youre a fan of Daredevil and the work of Soule and Garney, its still fairly enjoyable. If that describes you, pick it up. Read Full Review

I didn't hate this issue. Just because Blindspot is back in the states with Daredevil. I didn't like this issue though, because this three issue arc just turned out to be a forced way to give Blindspot his eyesight back and to give him legal status in the U.S. Sam should have showed some care for his sister but he only cares about his villainous mother...Sad. Blindspot's mom is so callously selfish that she drives him back to heroing, saving Daredevil in the nick of time. It's a fast conclusion that does a good job of pulling Blindspot back into the heroic fold, and Ron Garney's art rises at a few points out of "good" all the way to "epic." It's eminently satisfying but just a tiny bit too quick and comprehensive; the pivot into the Mayor Fisk plot feels rushed. I'm hoping Sam sticks around; the "you really matter" message this arc sends him will be severely undercut if he fades into limbo again.

The conclusion was a little bit rushed but it did its job well enough. It got Blindspot back in NYC (with his eyesights back), also gave him an asylum claim (and did so with the help of last arc’s Supreme Court ruling which is awesome) and it looked good AF while doing it!

This felt a little rushed, and I'm not super sure what the point of this mini arc was other than to give Sam his sight back, but the art was good and there were a couple shocking moments.

This was another solid entry in Soule's current run. I really like the art when Garney is in charge. I thought the ending was a little counter productive, but we will have to see how Blindspot unfolds in the coming issues. Get ready for Mayor Fisk!!!!
