Jul 15, 2024Saladin Ahmed continues to weave a fun story as he brings back Daredevils two most deadly of enemies and ramps up their strength to beyond superhuman capacity thanks to the evil demon that followed Matt out of hell when he was placed back on earth. I also love the plot twist concerning Jason and how that gets used by Fisk during their fight. I look forward to seeing how everything plays out in the next issue. Read Full Review

Plot Daredevil recovers from his battle with Wilson Fisk, who is possessed by a demon and his power is superhuman. Elektra cured him with an Asgardian potion. On the other hand, Jason, one of the orphans that Father Matthew cares for, escaped and believes that his father's death is Daredevil's fault. Fisk sends Bullseye to find Jason as a weapon to blackmail Daredevil. Bullseye becomes possessed by another demon and Fisk wounds Elektra with the demon's fire. With mysteries and paranormal phenomena, this saga seems to be approaching its end. Art It is an art with a lot of lighting that allows everything to be detailed, it is meticulous and very dynamic, the design of the demon is perfect and original. Summary Kingpin i more

This series can be frustrating. I really like the story Ahmed is telling, but it is moving at a snail's pace. This is an improvement on last issue's pacing, and I quite like Kuder's art. I also thought the tie to Dark Reign: The List-Daredevil was neat, because it's such an obscure reference.

Another good issue of Daredevil. The past few issues have really stepped it up in my opinion.

Despite this book moving really slowly, I'm enjoying this run. I'm hoping Ahmed's Wolverine doesn't suffer from the same pacing issues.
