  (Cover Date: January, 1988) Summary: An environmental group asks Matt for help against a corporation that is illegally dumping its waste. "The General" hires Bullet to pick up a bomber, so that he can escape the law. While Matt is at the environmental group's HQ reviewing their files, the bomber strikes. After the explosion, Matt grabs the bomber, but then gets into a scuffle with Bullet over the custody of the bomber. Bullet shows Matt his government ID (an unspecified agency), so Matt has no choice but to turn the bomber over to him. Comments: Matt does not show up in his DD costume as depicted on the cover.
