  (Cover Date: February, 1988) Summary: After Bullet frames the eco-terrorist group that is harassing Kelco Industrials for murder, DD tracks him down to bring him to justice. After a fight, Bullet surrenders himself to the police, but is later released without charge. Matt loses his faith in the laws if people like Bullet are above them.
