Garron and Flaviano deliver some great action throughout the pages of this issue. The art is frenetic and filled with energy. Energy that captures the tone and pace of the story perfectly. Read Full Review

The World War She-Hulk storyline sadly continues to underwhelm in Avengers #49. This issue is more interesting than the previous one now that we know the stakes, and who the main players involved are. But like before, She-Hulk's new Winter Hulk form and this storyline fail to impress even with the big twist in the comic. That twist tries to explain some things and show how it all adds up, but it doesn't do a convincing job. However, the art team continues to do a great job on the art as usual. Read Full Review

There's still another chapter to go, so we'll have to wait and see if it can stick the landing, but so far this series hasn't quite captured the promise it had, and this issue in particular stumbled quite a bit. Read Full Review

I thought this was tremendous! The narration was compelling and exciting. The progression of the story was also compelling and exciting. What happened with the hulk along with the narration layout was just fantastic. I loved this issue and am really looking forward to the next one!

I started out not liking this issue, but then the report narration kicked in and everything started lining up, and I really enjoyed that. I always enjoy when comics delve into the political aspect of their world. This is what I really loved about the early parts of this run. We need to get back to that. It's far more interesting than yet another event arc where the Avengers battle another unstoppable foe. I also really enjoy Jennifer's characterization here, and I won't apologize.

I liked the Namor stuff. I was digging the report style exposition. The twist did come out of nowhere and I dont mean that's in a good way.

All the schemes within schemes are finally revealed and She-Hulk can (begin to) save the day. The art's pretty good and I actually respect the plot developments. I'm underwhelmed with their delivery, though; the endless expository narration feels like a crutch. Or like I'm having the story explained to me by a third party rather than reading it myself.

I'm so bored with Jason Aaron on Avengers. There was nothing particularly bad about this but despite the action in the issue, I was bored while reading it. Again. This happens a lot during Aaron's Avengers.

É engraçado como parece que a Marvel não tem editor. Atlântida não tem essa de desafiar o rei, e para Atlântida ter apenas 12 mil cabeças, deve ter tido um genocídio ai.
