The world has been saved. Its people, never happier. The Wolverine should be retired, enjoying her time ruling Madripoor and living life with her sister.
But instead Laura is in the last bastion of cruelty: Latveria. She has one more mission: One person to save, one person to kill.

All-New Wolverine #35 does what exactly what the final issue of a beloved series should do: make me smile. Yeah, it's the end of a series, but I've got well over thirty issues to go back and re-read and I know I'll enjoy the heck out of them! Normally when a series I love closes, I feel a bit of loss, maybe even betrayal, but Taylor, Rosanas, Woodard, Petit, Groneman, Harrington, and Paniccia simply give us the best story they can. And all I feel is gratitude. This was a fun ride. Thanks team! Read Full Review

The final installment in the "Old Woman Laura" arc is exactly what ALL-NEW WOLVERINE needed to cap off an amazing series. Just like everything else Taylor has delivered, ALL-NEW WOLVERINE is full of surprise twists, kick-ass action scenes, and one or two tear-jerking panels. If you enjoyed Laura's adventures as the Wolverine, make sure to pick up this last issue. It's definitely worth a read! Read Full Review

All-New Wolverine #35 finishes the series with a heartwarming finale that this series has earned. Its characters are charming and likable, the finale is tense and dramatic, and the visuals look good. This ending earns a recommendation. Check it out. Read Full Review

It was not as epic as how the previous arcs were but Old Woman Laura's ending gave us a glimpse that not all Marvel future timeline is apocalyptic. A simple send-off from one of the best series Marvel has ever produced for this generation. One thing is for sure, the message is about hope and that's how the series ended it. Read Full Review

All-New Wolverine has been one of the more solid comic books in Marvel's lineup and always delivers. I knew DC fanboys who loved this book. With Logan returning as Wolverine, Laura is stepping back to X-23, in her own self-titled comic. Hopefully it will be as good as the way Tom Taylor writes and we continue to have solid, detailed artwork like we have had here. Ending with the storyline Old Woman Laura was a good move. A very strong ending ... For one I would have loved a more dramatic final with Laura dead too. I hoped that would not be victor the Doom, but that was still a great story. I'm not that fond of Bell ... But it's normal we didn't know here before. I was very impressed by future thor. It was the last Tyler issue. Thank you very much for all the work Mr Tyler. I take issue 1 just for trying and in part for the variant with Laura sketch. Since this issue I was hook. So I will regret you. Thanks giving me Gabby & Jonathan in a part of my life who was hard to leave. Cover - I didn't like it a lot, and this is related in a way but not really. 1/2 Writing - A fun story to read. A good use of the character. Love you Laura, your gabby specially. more

I had a great time finishing this series. Laura as Wolverine has been one of my favorite runs. Taylor has done great work here. The issue moves well and future laid out in this book looks very interesting. My only problem with this arc is that it was short. We could have set up a lot more and flushed out the events. As far as a shortened story due to Marvel Editorial I am really pleased with how this book wrapped up. There is one other thought I had about this book and many other books I read this week that involved legacy heroes being returned to status quo or cancelled. This book, Thor, and X-Men Blue all showed Marvel futures paying homage to legacy characters. Black Panther Annual gave a remarkable future that gave a glimps more

If you have not read the first two installments in this arc you should. Starting here would not give it justice. This ends the tale with some fun cameos. There is great action and character from some of the more prominent women in the Marvel universe. The art does a good job of displaying action and character expression. It also involves Doctor Doom as the last villain standing which brought a smile to my face. Hopefully this story helps remind Marvel that Laura deserves to regain the mantle of Wolverine again.

a pretty underrated run if I do say so myself. Tom Taylor is my favorite writer and it clearly shows how he knows his stuff. X-23 is my third favorite female superhero of all time.

I couldn't help but be underwhelmed by the end of All-New Wolverine. Its final arc began with a lot of promise, but part three of Old Woman Laura just falls flat for me. Maybe because I just didn't want the book to end it feels unsatisfying, but it was also quite anti-climactic. There's something of a disconnect here, since the book ends in an AU, rather than tying back in to the present day. As cliche as the All Just A Dream ending might be, I almost wonder if it could have been interesting to see Laura awaken back in the present day, and reflecting on things that might be (plus I was hoping for a "Patrick Duffy in the Shower" final panel for Laura and Hellion to pay off the renewed relationship hinted at in part one). I don't think more

Laura and Doom have their Final Showdown of Destiny. There's nothing wrong with the way the story is executed, it's just punishingly straightforward. I'm rating this up because I love the characters and nothing is done here to strain that love, but I have an overpowering feeling that the creators are relying too much on that sort of reception. This story closes in a very by-the-numbers fashion; while it doesn't disappoint, it does land hollowly in a space where a much bigger, bolder finale could have/should have fit.
