The story ups the ante with some great guess stars and some great moments for the characters. The art does a great job throughout the issue. The one that that bugs me is the cover. What comic is it trying to sell?

I love this futuristic story arc and like I said in last issue's review, it's the most realistic Marvel Future yet. Beautiful art and Taylor just leaves me breathless with this wonderful comic. RIP Maria Hill. Plus what's with all the buzzcuts?

Tom Taylor delivered the goods with this story. Enjoyed it very much. Rosanas crafted some incredible clean art and just crushed it. Woodard applied the right tones of colors to make it pop yet feel subdued! P.S. is it wrong that i enjoyed this more than the Hunt for Wolverine?

Damn ... When I think Tyler can't do better & more surprising he do just so. It's a tearing issue ... I feel for Hill & Laura, and he succeed to make me worried about Gabby too (I loved her before, but their I'm really worried). I liked the surprising help, and I wonder if under Doom Armor Tyler not keep us from another surprise (Like for the bullet. Nice move). I will miss Tyler a lot ! Cover - Not my taste for the art. Not really related. But strong. 1/2 Writing - Damn that was a hell of a issue. 3/3 Arts - Like Rosanas work. I like the outfit for the character in this book. Laura is so beautiful with the salt & pepper hair. 3/3 Feeling - I love so much the character than I will try X-23, but that will not be the same anymore. 2/2

I'm still not sure why this futuristic story had to be told at the end of this series, when the next "X-23" series will presumably continue the ongoing story for all of Laura's cast of friends. But that being said, it's still a nice story with pretty good art. I'm just disappointed that the series is going off course at its end.

The betrayal twist of the previous issue turns out to be a fakeout. Never fear, there's plenty of melodrama waiting inside Latveria. The cast expands with a few more guest stars. Unfortunately, the design budget apparently ran out, and the artist has to start recycling his already-shallow pool of "this is the future" cues - white hair, streamlined uniforms, Tron lights, yadda yadda. The plot is likewise assembled on the cheap. I have to stress that this is melodrama rather than drama: The characters get only the broadest of broad strokes and the plot develops in terribly predictable ways. I enjoyed this and consider it a good comic, but it didn't live up to the title's usual standards of passion and ingenuity.
