Alien vs. X-Men #1 and Belles of Hell #1 both deliver on solid writing, artwork and characterization. Plot
This crossover features two stories by two different creative teams:

-ALIEN VS. X-MEN by Kieron Gillen and Geraldo Borges: The X-Men are in space searching for a Phoenix egg but stumble upon a Xenomorph egg instead. Cyclops, Emma Frost, Kitty Pryde, Beast, and Wolverine are attacked by facehuggers that inherit the mutant powers of their hosts; because Wolverine regenerates, he is repeatedly impregnated by the facehuggers.

Back at the X-Mansion, Hope, Storm, Cannonball, Colossus, Psylocke, Gambit, and Jubilee witness the arrival of the Blackbird, from which a horde of Xenomorphs—sporting Wolverine-like claws—emerges. All seems lost, as these Xenomorphs are advanced and possess unique powers.

    A shocking and more
