You should read Kill or Be Killed. I think it's a book that anyone can appreciate. You don't have to just like crime books, or detective books, this is about real people in real situations, and in real trouble real soon. Dylan is on a crash course for a bad ending, but the book keeps me guessing, and I love it for that. It is continuously one of my favorite comics every month, and I highly recommend to everyone. All in all, this and the last issue feel like necessary evils. KobK thinks it needs more characters, and now we have them. I want to say again that I love this book. And even though I might not have been super into this issue, I still though it was interesting to get more background on Kira. Although, I do have a fear that this was kind of a throwaway issue. I'm not really sure how all of that back and forth with Kira and her therapist is going to connect to the overall story. Honestly i hates this issue, here's why I read comics to escape reality bitches like Kira are in reality. Fuck Kira fuck her character development and fuck this issue.

This issue, while poorly reviewed by many on here, is purely necessary. This strong insight into Kira is really emotionally moving and connects to the character. Despite this book being about Dylan, I love the time they take to make us care about the other characters, not just his narrative perception of them. We know Dylan cares about Kira, and we know she cheated on her boyfriend, but little else. This kind of issue helps us understand what there is to love and relate to in her, and how much she actually cares about Dylan. The writing of this series, despite touching on dark and difficult subjects, is breaking away from a Miller-esque edginess that made earlier issues a bit harder to appreciate. So excited for the rest of this series.

A very surprising and unexpected issue, but definitely enjoyable and relevant. This series has the best characterization in all of today's comic-books, both in writing and art, so an issue like this one definitely has its place.

This was not what I was expecting from this book, but it was an interesting read nonetheless. This issue has lost a bit of momentum in the last two issues, as we break away from Dylan's narrative, but I imagine this is to fill out the story and make it deeper, which is fine.
