There isn't much of an explanation of who the characters are and much of that is told in battle and involves abilities. as a person who read Naruto back in high school, this is fan service done right. The art, action, and chemistry between the turtles and Sasuke, Naruto, Kakashi, SAkura was so well-done.

I know nothing about Naruto but the comic was fun. Some of the dialogue was a little too basic in places and I dk if April would just let them fight to get footage but there are tons of different personalities in tons of different books and universes so maybe it's spot on here. IDK, but the story seems ok and the art is FIRE!!!! I'll prob read issue #2.
