City Fall is the most dramatic and tense Turtles story I've read in quite some time. The stakes are high and nobody feels safe. The story is a rollercoaster ride and there is no telling where it's going next. Read Full Review

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #23 is an excellent book that stumbles rarely as it struts its stuff all the way to some potent praise from this reviewer. Highly recommended. Read Full Review

    Razorfine - Alan Rapp

The early juxtaposition of Leonardo and Casey is well-handled. Casey's story offers more insight for April into her friend's relationship with Angel, and Leonardo's story (which includes a cameo from a concerned Karai) offers serious repercussions for the Turtles and the rest of the city. Must-read. Read Full Review

Tom Waltz, Kevin Eastman and everyone else clearly know what they're doing when it comes to TMNT's first big event and they're doing it masterfully. The first chapter lured us in with gorgeous visuals, fun action and a jaw-dropping cliffhanger. Now, the second chapter slows things down a tad to focus on moving all of the key pieces into place and once again delivers some great visuals as multiple TMNT artists provide some awesome pages. The momentum is quickly building up and by the time I finished the final page, I was insanely anxious to read the next issue. Despite being only two chapters in, I can say with full confidence that 'City Fall' is a must read for any TMNT fan. Read Full Review

Another solid effort from all involved, although the issue takes a few liberties in getting where it needs to go, undermining the credibility of some of the characters in the process. Read Full Review

So far, City Fall hasnt been perfect, but its still entertaining. Its going to be interesting to see where they take this and how much (if at all) this story will impact the Turtles. If anything, an evil Leonardo has a certain ring to it. Read Full Review
