This slightly rotating creative team is masterful at hitting all the emotional, action-packed, and deep character moments as they continue to build a fully realized lived-in world for these pop culture icons to inhabit. We also get Halloween night, complete with frankly adorable costumes for everyone. With characters splitting up important roles within Mutant Town, it's no surprise which Turtle takes on the role of protector, although Raphael‘s first attempt to collar Hob doesn't end so well. Comic Crusaders - M.R. Jafri
