Jun 26, 2020While I like the direction things are going in Suicide Squad #6, I still struggle with the size of the team. Now they have gone rogue and Ted is the baddie. I am not sure about that. It is always nice to see the big guy, but I worry that they had to bring him in for issue six. Does that mean the book is on thin ice? Maybe. I like the direction things are going with Floyd. That could be interesting. Honestly, a Deadshot stand alone mini might be just the thing. Oh wait, Suicide Squad #6, right. It's fine. Read Full Review

Jun 23, 2020The Ted Kord bombshell and the revealed death of Deadshot might have me somewhat leery of the longtime future of the book, but Suicide Squad is becoming one of DCs more consistently enjoyable books each month. Read Full Review

Jun 24, 2020The hunters were definitely hunted this week. Suicide Squad #6 did not disappoint one bit showing these guys what they have stepped into trying to take down the puppet master who's been pulling their strings. Not only that, but reminding these guys that this is a daring mission to accomplish in a world of heroes. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Jim Werner
Jun 23, 2020This book should have a ton more people reading it, and maybe Batman showing up will do the trick. The overall story doesn't progress a lot, but the art is excellent, and there are some laugh out loud moments, mostly at the Dark Knight's expense. This is a book that should be on more pull lists! Jun 23, 2020Suicide Squad #6 delivers another great read. It has humor, and character in abundance. Whatever happens to the team in the coming issues I find myself hoping more and more that these characters get to become standing staples in the DC Universe. They are deep, unique and a wonderfully diverse crew. All things any universe can use more of. Read Full Review

Jun 24, 2020Tom Taylor and Bruno Redondo shift gears in Suicide Squad #6, taking the team to Gotham City to" deliver a comedic issue? That can't be right. Can it? Gotham City? Suicide Squad? Comedy? Should those three concepts work together? In the modern-day depictions that we're used to? No, probably not. However, this issue is executed incredibly well, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I was highly entertained from start to finish! Also, there's a puppy! SOLD! Read Full Review
