There's no other way to say it. This was a fantastic arc. Everything that happened in the previous issues plays a role in this one, which leads to a satisfying conclusion. I only wish there was more to this world, and fortunately, it looks like my prayers will be answered. It ends on a pretty great cliffhanger that suggests we have not seen the last of Old Lady Harley. This has been one of my favorite "Elseworld" stories since ThrillKiller, and that from me is a high honor. I have loved reading every part of this crazy ride that honestly suited Harley so well and the team made this a story that while most questions have been answered" there are many more at the open ending that I will be questioning until an animated series is done and this team is given the chance to show us more about the lives of our favorite villains and superheroes in the future. Overall I don't think anyone could ask for more from this story except for more, I mean that without any bias. Thank you guys for such an amazing arc and my fingers are crossed for more! A solid ending to an excellent mini-series, Old Lady Harley (2018-) #5 impresses until the final panel. Frank Tieri closes out this mini-series, leaving readers with the hope that this is not the last time we'll see Old Lady Harley. Read Full Review

Old Lady Harley has been a wild, bonkers ride for its whole run, and that remains true for this, the miniseries' final issue. Read Full Review

While it wasn't necessarily my cup of tea, I will say that I was able to easily and quite quickly get through the adventures of Harley and her little band of team mates comprised of Catwoman, Red Tool, and with appearances with some long time allies like Killer Croc. For me, if you're a Harley Quinn fan who wants to see her written with more chances to be human and really understand the depths of her disappointing and abusive relationship with Joker, this little 3 out of 5 star title might just be up your alley. Weird Science - Jim Werner

This wacky alt-future timeline story took a turn down serious street for this finale and I wasn't feeling it.  The jokes that I thought were hitting, for the most part, are left behind for some family issues and it seemed like Frank Tieri was trying to prove to someone he had something more than a goofy miniseries filled with pop culture and toilet humor.  The problem is, that's what I wanted more of.  Even though I was down on this finale, I still enjoyed the series overall and would recommend it as a whole. Old Lady Harley #5 is an unfortunate return to the characters troubled past she has struggled so much to grow from. Misses the mark is an understatement, which is a shame because the artwork really is delightful. Read Full Review

It completely failed as an attempt to create a compelling alternate universe, and the last-page cliffhanger did nothing to make me want a sequel. Read Full Review

The outcome of this is better than expected. Guess Harley needs to be in her 70ies before growing as a character. This series started as a comedy one, but became more darker in the final issue. I'm not a fan of Batman Beyond, but this one with Harley surprisingly was ok. The ending teases a sequel& it actually wouldn't be so bad. I hope other characters, which weren't in this one would return.

If I have to be perfectly honest, I expected worse. The ending is not terrible - certainly underwhelming and filled with cliche and obvious, obnoxious at times inspirations from other properties, but overall it was better than its preceding issues. I still wouldn't recommend it, mostly due to atrociously bad dialogue and very poor, borderline non-existent, narrative value. The entire series sounded good on paper - I said it, I think, in every review of the series so far - I like the concept, but hate its execution. I hope if Old Lady Harley ever resurfaces, she'll get a complete writing makeover. Keep the hair, keep the post-apo setting, but most definitely redesign everything else from scratch, because I can't imagine how something as m more

This series suddenly gets a little more serious and I'm mostly not having it. That last page reveal was absolute trash and I really hope this never gets a sequel.
