Despite some flaws, Green Lanterns #36 is another strong entry in the series, and I have become confident in Tim Seeleys ability to continue what Sam Humphries started. The characters are as endearing as ever, Jain and Bolphunga are good antagonists, and the art of Cliquet and Hi-Fi is great. I absolutely love the character designs we've been seeing lately. Singularity Jain is striking " both in her typical form (pale with darker accents, such as her lipstick) and her feeding form (what else could I call it?). In that form we see darkness creeping into the lighter tones on her skin. It's a really interesting and oddly beautiful arrangement. The Molites are adorable (I've said that already); they're small and pink and they look almost childlike, meanwhile the Ungarans are red and human looking, which combined with their anger makes them a striking contrast to the Molites (whom I am very afraid for). Green Lanterns continuesto just be a great superhero comic book, it is tons of fun to read and the story continues to build upon itself having the reader anticipating the next issue. Tim Seeley has made me a fan of Green Lanterns Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz, so if you are looking for a good superhero comic book then you may want to check this series out! Read Full Review

While Green Lanterns this issue looks great and features a new villain that could be cool, this installment just came off a little lackluster to me because at the end of the day we really didn't learn anything about this villain and her abilities didn't even jive within this one issue.  It's still an entertaining story to a degree, but you don't get much out of it. Seeley's run on this book has been fun but nothing more than that. I hope he hits a stride and begins moving pieces in order to tell fuller and more interesting stories. Read Full Review

In the end Green Lanterns #36 is a major let down by stripping the story of its most dramatic potential in favor of a poorly constructed frame that itself serves only as a distraction. Hopefully as Tim Seeley gets his space legs underneath him we'll get better issues. Five out of ten lanterns. Read Full Review

I am glad that they wrapped up this plot and these characters. While I have no problem with the dialogue or the writing, I still cannot completely get over the Plotting and the use of the characters. This was a Two shot story that introduced a Heavy new Bad, but completely destroyed the credibility of a Classic story in the meantime. Read Full Review

What's the perfect villain for space cops? A space lawyer! It's genius in it's simplicity and I sincerely hope that she'll be a recurring villain.

Ugh. Another bad issue! What can I say about an issue featuring Bolphunga, his dad and sister! Not much to like here. I guess the artwork was ok, but nothing to brag about. Moving on...
