Solid issue after the last few have struggled. Amancay Nahuelpan's art is fantastic and far exceeds the cover art.

Not really sure how I feel about Ollie suddenly working for Amanda (assuming it’s true). Nahuelpan’s art was also a bit shaky for me overall, but I didn’t think anything here was bad.

It is ok. It has motion at least. I think there is sure a chance for an upswing. The opening few pages were great. My biggest gripe is the fact it is tied into Absolute Power. Why has DC been building Waller up as the biggest threat for years? She is a government agent. She has some cool stuff to her but she is not a wold controlling super-villain. The entire premise that this book is affected by is silly. That to me is at least -1.5 points for the fact the plot is rather BS. So some high points brought down by a terrible villain. Marvel and DC are having the same issue right now.

Only read this for the tie in event and wasted my time. Going to stay away from the tie ins they suck
