The best takeaway from Dial H for Hero #8 was the challenge in asking yourself who is really the bad guy. The one who wants to save everyone? Or the one who actually knows how to save everyone? The art is pretty decent throughout. And we do get a one page little bit of Miguel that moves the story forward. It is not a bad issue overall but it does feel a bit like filler. I always like something more than that. Read Full Review

I'm in too deep. Once I start a story line, I cannot give it up. And the past two issues have me scratching my head. Somewhere Humphries put this on a shelf, and forgot where the story was going. Great concept that's nice to read and re-read but You could see that origin story coming from the start of the series. Still kudos for the application by Humphries. Ganucheau on art was nice but Quinones is the MVP of this team.

The concept of this issue was cool, but it is clear that they really didn't have another arc ready for the extension of the series.
