As I said in the opening part of this review, I was looking forward to these Convergence minis as a way to revisit the corners of the DC history that I miss and love. This book delivered that 100%. Thanks to Dan Jurgens and Norm Rapmund and colorist Brad Anderson for giving me this."So shines a good deed in a weary world." Read Full Review

Last Month's Superman #1 was my best reviewed issue of the first month and I liked this one even better.  The only thing keeping it from a perfect score is that we don't get much of a Convergence ending.  We do get a heel of a Superman story filled with great characters and superb art.  Highly Recommended. My final thought onConvergence: Superman #2 is that it was great to see our hero have a really happy ending. The only thing this comic suffers from is the sadly tacked on Convergence trapped in a bubble for a year subplot. Which is a shame because this represents a promise of a series that we yearn for, whereDCgive us a retro releasesportinghow the characters used to be. Read Full Review

Though the story was just a lead up to the heartfelt final page, its hard to deny the power of a bare bones story about Superman just trying to do good by the people he loves. Read Full Review

The fact that Lois and Clark are no longer married in the main continuity is kind of a bummer and their relationship in a post Convergence world will probably be the worst it has ever been. While the birth of their child will mean diddly squat in a one months' time, if there were any two comic book couples that deserve a happy ending, it's these two. Read Full Review

Far less insidious than the last issue suggested it was going to be and just like Bruce, Bat!Thomas is at his core a sentimental and soft man. It's all obviously surreal and the labor scene is both touching but a bit bizarre but in all a strangely cute affair. Read Full Review
