Batman/Green Arrow/The Question: Arcadia #2 continues to capture the late 80s/ early 90s vibe that defined these street-level heroes and moves the story a steady pace while weaving the three story theeads together Read Full Review

The dark truths about a dream project come to surface for this DC trio of heroes in an excellent second chapter. Hardman's writing connects on the grave stakes involved in Arcadia. The art balances out the high stakes action with the conflicting thoughts on what is happening in Greenland. For those looking for that hard-boiled crime drama, this is your book. Read Full Review

For his first foray into Black Label, Gabriel Hardman is telling an interesting upstairs-downstairs-inspired tale focusing on three of DC's grittiest vigilantes. Read Full Review

The artwork by Gabriel Hardman gives the story a sense of fullness that only the author can provide. There is a sense of great anxiety between the artwork and the story themes that gets you hooked on this issue. Because of its themes and fantastic art, Batman/Green Arrow/The Question: Arcadia #2 is a cannot-miss issue and a cannot-miss series. Read Full Review

    KPB Comics - Phillip Creary

Arcadia #2 is a hard-boiled social thriller that uses DC's most ideological characters to explore the very real anxieties of 2026. It's dark, it's intelligent, and it's one of the most visually distinct books on the stands right now. By the time Batman hands Oliver back his bow and says, "We're stopping this," you'll be more than ready for Book Three. Read Full Review

Batman/Green Arrow/The Question: Arcadia #2 was a better outing than the first. More story and more action helped this comic move past its overly wordy script. The plot is fully revealed and each of the main characters were given something to do that pushed the narrative forward. The main problem I have with this issue were all the new characters introduced are just used to keep the story going and are not fleshed out enough, which is strange since the script is so dialogue packed. Another issue I had was the evil cookie cutter corporate bad guy - he is super evil for no real reason. There are a lot of great ideas at play here, but some of the connections are missing.
