Jul 23, 2010If you enjoyed the first issue of this mini series, I'm sure you're going to enjoy this issue too. For those Batman Beyond fans out there, how could you resist buying this anyway? The story telling is great. The art however tends to get a little ugly whenever Bruce is on panel. This issue seems to have forgotten that Bruce Wayne has lips. I give this issue four out of five stars for making me feel that Batman Beyond is still alive and well somewhere out there. Read Full Review

Jul 21, 2010Batman Beyond #2 isn't a bad comic, and for those Beyond diehards desperate for new McGinnis stories, might even prove worthwhile. Still, I'd tell you to reread the recent Superman/Batman Annual from Paul Levitz and Renato Guedes and save your money. Read Full Review

The Weekly Crisis - Kirk Warren
Jul 25, 2010It's a fun read and captures the essence of the Batman Beyond universe quite well. Beechen has a real grasp of Terry's character and the action and dialogue between him and the new Catwoman shows this. If you've any interest in Batman Beyond, you won't go wrong with this comic. Feb 07, 2011Overall, the comic had several faults but I can't help feel that, considering the six-issue mini-series was pretty good, the ongoing will eventually find its groove. Until then, we just have to look on the brighter side of things and realize at the end of the day, it could have been worse. Read Full Review

Jul 22, 2010If the second issue is any indication of how Batman Beyond will continue, Im tempted to stop picking up the issues. Paul Levitzs take on the character with Superman/Batman Annual #4 and David Finchs art in the characters short episode in Batman #700 were both strong representations of the character and his world, and its disappointing that Beechen and Benjamin havent produced an issue of the same caliber. Pick it up at your own risk. Read Full Review
