We Only Find Them When They're Dead #4 gives us pieces of the history that is between Captain Georges and Paula Richter. Her rage and determination to see him dead is given a form. The emotions that are displayed in the phenomenal artwork are masterful. This book is unique, intriguing, and is not a series I recommend sleeping on. Read Full Review

Great series with one flaw: the illustration style, as awesome as it is, can be hard on the eyes sometimes. This issue in particular had quite a few panel that made it difficult to see what's going on, making it difficult to follow the story.

The protagonists and their hunter have indeed found a live God. But the hunter doesn't care. How do Malik and the small crew of the Vihaan II get out of it? Gotta read the book! Ewing's story is dense, which is interesting as it's anything but over-written. Every word has meaning, and it takes a study of the page to get where it's headed (and I'm not sure that I do). But Simone DiMio's art and colors are the star of the book once again. Lavish work, just gorgeous.

We Only Find Then When They’re Dead Issue: 4 “The Glorious Quest” Publisher: Boom Studios @boom_studios Writer: Al Ewing @al_ewing Artist: Simone Di Meo @simone_dimeo Colors: Mariasara Miotti @mariasara.miotti Georges Malik and his crew have become the firsts to encounter a living God. Georges prepares to meet the god face to face, sacrificing himself, but Paula and his crew have other ideas. The crew of Vihaan II activate their ship's autopsy machinery and kill the God while Paula and Georges prepare for their final showdown. I love the art and the use of color is beautiful. But the story has lost me a little bit. It’s a great concept, but personally, I feel that it missed its mark. Once the entire arc is finished I p lan on rereading it all in one sitting so I can better absorb the story and hopefully enjoy it more.
