Jul 09, 2021This comic has the right amount of horror, dread and Tarantino-type story telling (that's a compliment) that can easily be translated to the big screen as a movie. These kindred of the senses are scary. I am not sure how this vengeance tale is going to play out, but it definitely makes me more appreciative of all my senses. This issue for me was a lot better then the first. More back story, the art change is fantastic and that opening scene is creepy to the core. The art changes the tone of the book which I enjoy a lot. The writing is a bit better here minus the narration from the one lady. So far I don't care for her ark, and more interested in Reagan. Wondering where this series is going to go from here.
