Overall, I really enjoyed this issue and how it sets the stage for future stories. One lingering question is whether Aphra will eventually get her tattoos reactivatedsomething that clearly still bothers her. I like the banter between Luke and Aphra, but Chen isn't telling us a cohesive story. It's literally about them going to bars, getting information, and then finding an artifact that has zero consequence to the story. It's fun to read the interaction between Luke and Aphra, but I don't know if that's enough. I thought we might get some tomb raiding since she is a derivative character. Next issue gives us Han. I really hope Chen can find her footing because she writes good dialogue. However, her plotting is awful.
