Transformers 24 doesn't end the series as Robert Kirkman and Dan Mora are set to take over writing and art duties. Was it perfect? No … but it WAS really good.
The action was amazing, the characterizations were spot on, and the ending was nice and tight. This was the best version of Optimus Prime we’ve seen in years - he was brave, strong, noble, and cared about others - not the murder-bot from the “live action” films. The dialog was well thought out and flowed naturally - even when borrowing lines from the 86 animated film. Most … not all … but most of the characters had a moment or two.
