Prisoner of the barbaric Beetle Clans, Slade Slaymaker fights for his life against a horde of hungry mosquitoes, with the mysterious spider witch Wysta by his side and the marauding armies of the Ant Imperium coming to slaughter them all.
Bug Wars #3 gives us the hero turn of Slade and shows his uncertainty about his new role. Jason Aaron does a fantastic job of bringing humanity to all of these buggy characters. You really feel for the characters and the troubles and problems that they face. At the same time there is an underlayer of humor and of course some great action beats as well. Read Full Review
