Crime doesn’t pay? Try telling that to Deathstroke the Terminator, who spent thelast few months gathering members for a brand-new Crime Syndicate with theintention of making the Titans pay—with their lives! Terra, Clock King, Killer Frost, and Mammoth are deadly enough, but ol’ Slade Wilson has a few more dirty tricksup his sleeve, all of them lethal. Who wins, who loses, and who will be terminated?
I could have done without the back-and-forth flashback segments, which make the action a little harder to follow at points, but it's a satisfying read and I'm very intrigued by the ending, which indicates that the Titans aren't done with Terra quite yet. Read Full Review

Slades syndicate vs. The Titans is a main event anytime at the LCS. However, this chapter mimics a few past events in its present. Layman juggles a large cast to bring the action to the script. Woods art has plenty of excitement behind it with the combat. New readers will have a better experience with this than longtime Titans fans. Read Full Review

Possibly the best comic ever written-- written by a GENIUS!!!!
This issue should have been much better. It was extremely sloppy and disjointed. Clock King having mental powers still doesn't sit well with me. Killer Frost should be evil. It was the Flash TV show that changed that for some reason. Then we find out that she was being mind-controlled by Clock King. What? Then Shimmer shows up for some reason through a boom tube. And the cyborg - Valania, or whatever her name is, doesn't work at all. Her loyalties spun on dime, and she was a bad character to begin with. So, either make her a villain or get rid of her. That's my two cents.
