Really hyped for that new Ben 10 series I run to read this 1st issue. At first sight, everything was kind of "ugly" and dark tone. When you dive into the story, the tone seems to be just a little darker than the original, but the truth is that this Carey art is really ugly, I confirm my suspicions. This is my humble opinion. I can confirm the esence is Ben 10 OG first episode, but with little changes. I do not like the "Bear" (why robotic? why a bear and not just a robot), I do not like Human Designs (very, I mean VERY ugly), but I do like the 2 aliens shown: Heatblast and FourArms. In the other hand, why so fast transforming 2 aliens in a few minutes? There are nearly inmediate available transformation one after another. The pace is very fast, you can read in 3 minutes, and if you don't know nothing about Ben 10 you can feel completely lost about the story. Final thoughts: the bad, Carey's art is irregular (some pages good, some pages ordinary, ugly), and the changes, by now still unjustified ; the Good, BEN 10 AGAIN!

Ok, now this is getting really serious: far from the OG series esence, the army is important here. Ben is no Hero fearless boy, now this is a crybaby very very scared. And... I understand it, the alien factor in the new Omnitrix results in a body-horror leveled-up. Grandpa Tennyson is more enigmatic than ever. And finally, there is a more tense tone than ever in the whole issue. If you think this is a relaxed reading, not exactly. Much better than #1, keep increasing expectations on what is waiting next, BUT same feeling as #1. Alien pages are worth it, exceptional colouring, but humans, specially Gwen, are awful drawing. Let's see what's next! Ben 10 is back for more action!

Long time since Casey Jones had an alone adventure. It starts amazingly quick and we get what we deserved: PURE CASEY JONES!! Artist Nahuelpan brings us action very well drawn, and colour is excelent with Luis Antonio Delgado. Wish this is just getting started and see more time Casey giving Pain Class.

Paknadel gives us strong final, everything fit very well at the end... well wish this is not the end and see more of Casey, more with April, and in my opinion, i'd like to know more of Ludovic. Wish that Nahuelpan have drawn every single page of this comic. For me it is not a 10/10 just for the uncomprhensive decision of idw for not giving all the pages to Nahuelpan, that shines specially in the parts where Ludovic have presence. Let's see if TMNT continues giving atention to Casey in the near future, I'd love that.

Better and Better each issue. Can't keep my eyes off of this. Totally recommended, just 3 issues and the level is astonishing each.

Everything we deserved on this nostalgic comeback. Amused that I even had attention to the plot, thanks to fantastic writing from Stephanie Williams, very thankful, and I am very sure that if IDW have been open to more mature R-Rated content we have had an even better Street Sharks story. Gratefully surprised by the Medel art, it's such an incredible perfectin fitting his art on very specific designs of Street Sharks and giving them energetic dynamism. Goosebumps on such a joyful action during the whole series. I add that I saw Medel art and I know if he have had the permission from IDW, the art would have been more aggressive, he drew Streex in his own style and it is amazing. Really reaally wish that these series don't end here, or maybe even have a crossover with other IDW licenses (eg TMNT), or a more mature adventure from the sharks with darker tone, both writing and art. I just want to say, that this is justified to say this comic is... JAWSOME!!

Everything here is great. I love Nahuelpan art, this is an issue absolutely astonishing, my personal favourite of this 2026 Casey Jones. It kept me attentive from the beginning, it was super fast reading, and then hiper detailed check on the art. Just woow. It brings me chils every time I revisit this issue.
