Great read and a quick read, even though this is an oversized issue. That doesn't mean it's thin on story, it's not. This is a great introductory issue. We learn a lot about the main character along with plenty of action. This is one those comics that will have me counting the days till the next one comes out. Well done!

Wonderful art.
Started off with a bang.
Then it went from Rainbow coloured 80s Alien film to... well- nowhere.
I finished the read, cause it deserved to see completion. You can tell there was a lot of work and care put into this series. It just lost steam a third of the way through.

A lot of hype for this, coming down the pipe from friends and online sources... I was very excited. The first issue seemed really cool. Then as I began to read through the next issue, I started to catch the slight of hand and the cracks started to show. The writers think they are clever, and they are touching on all the hot topics and the "right buttons", but they only pretend to offer this from a non-partisan POV. I began to see the hints of double speak seep through, and the spell was lost.
